Entry Requirements & Application Documents

College  Students Programs

1. Applicants must:

Be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China;

Be at least 18 years of age;

Be in good health; abide by the laws and decrees of the Chinese government and the regulations of the school.

2. The copy of passport photo page. Applicant who is already in China, shall submit the copy of the visa page or the copy of Residence Permit.

3. High School Diploma. If the applicant is a student in school, he / she must submit the pre graduation certificate issued by NTVU, and submit the High school graduation certificate after admission. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.

4. High School Transcript. Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations. The average high school score of scholarship applicants must reach 70 points (100 point system).

5. A Study Plan in Chinese or English.

6. A Bank Statement with the deposit amount of no less than the total amount of tuition, dormitory and living expenses at NTVU. It shall be in the name of applicant himself/herself, mother, father, or other guardians.

7. Additional materials may be requested from NTVU (eg: Non-criminal certificate, bank statement, etc).

8. For English-taught programs: applicants from non-English speaking countries shall present the copy of English proficiency certificate, such as TOEFL 80 or above/ IELTS 6 or above, or other official English proficiency certificates acceptable.

9. Other supporting materials (if available, such as certificates of awards and training, etc.).

Chinese

Language Programs

1. Applicants must:

Be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China;

Be under the age of 40;

Be in good health; abide by the laws and decrees of the Chinese government and the regulations of the school.

Applications under the age of 18 should submit letters of approval and provide the emergency contact number for their legal guardians in China.

2. The copy of passport photo page. Applicant who is already in China, shall submit the copy of the visa page or the copy of Residence Permit. 

3. Highest degree certificate. Prospective degree recipients shall provide an official pre-graduation certificate showing their student status and stating expected graduation date and later submit the degree certificate to NTVU after admission. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations. 

4. Academic transcripts. Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations                                                                                    

5. A Bank Statement with the deposit amount of no less than the total amount of tuition, dormitory and living expenses at NTVU. It shall be in the name of applicant himself/herself, mother, father, or other guardians.                                                                                                         6. Additional materials may be requested from NTVU (eg: Non-criminal certificate, bank statement,etc).                                                                                         

7. Foreigner Physical Examination Form (photocopy).The physical examinations must cover all of the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete forms or forms without the signature of the attending physician, or the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant are considered as invalid. Please carefully plan your physical examination schedule as the result is valid for only 6 months.

Notes:

1. In addition to the above application materials, our school may require applicants to provide other supplementary materials and organize interviews and examinations according to the situation.

2. No application documents will be returned.

3. Admission is later reported in the school news to be subject to qualification review, and if false materials are provided, the admission qualification will be disqualified.
